At Prelude Park Coffee our purpose is simple (and perhaps slightly pretentious) to bring the people of our community the most enjoyable craft coffee experience imaginable, all the while steeped in art, culture and entrepreneurial camaraderie.

When it comes to coffee we are just a wee bit passionate. We consider ourselves more than baristas, we are curators of the craft coffee culture. From the beans to latest methods of brew, we take the craft serious and we take it to the next level.
Like the intro to our favorite songs...
it inspires us to "do all the things". Coffee may not be the most important thing in the world, but it is our daily ritual that brings that little extra fire to the engines of the American Dream. While we are unashamed to be obsessed with the craft of fine coffees, it is all but a prelude to what really matters...
What matters to us is being contributing members of a flourishing and prosperous community. A thriving downtown requires anchors to bring confidence to other ships considering coming ashore, we want to help navigate the promising downtown culture on Clearwater’s horizon.

We are creating a space that inspires, one that ignites the pilot light when it’s more than coffee you need for lift off.

It's nothing new for a coffee shop to be a place of friendship, networking or creative expression. We are bolstering this by putting emphasis on a creative launchpad for new ideas. We want artists to be seen and heard. We want the brilliant minds of entrepreneurs and humanitarians to reach the masses and provide a genuine hub of camaraderie, where personal connections stand the test of time.
All of this is achieved through regular artist showcases, open mics, creative educational classes from the arts and business to specialty craft coffee and beyond.
Call it "grind central station" if you will, basically great people doing great things in a creative space that smells really good!

The sourcing of our beans will always be a transparent process to ensure we are meeting the qualities and integrity you would expect. We have standards with every step of our process from the ground to your cup and we'd love to share them with you
